Accounts and acceptable use

Find Indie Apps helps people discover independent apps and software. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity under your account. Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt the service, misuse accounts, or submit misleading, unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.

Submissions and content

By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the right to use and share the submitted name, URL, description, images, icons, logo, and other content. You retain your rights in your content, but grant Find Indie Apps a non-exclusive permission to store, display, reproduce, reformat, and promote the listing in connection with the directory and its services.

Find Indie Apps may review, approve, reject, edit for formatting, hide, or remove a listing before or after publication. Free listings may require a backlink and review before publication.

Paid listings and sponsorships

Pro and Featured listings are one-time purchases according to the pricing shown on the website. Featured placement is time-limited as described in the applicable pricing or checkout information.

Banner, Listing, and Detail page sponsorships are recurring monthly subscriptions. A sponsorship may be paused, cancelled, expire, or otherwise end according to the subscription status and policies of the payment provider.

Payments

Dodo Payments processes paid listings and sponsorships. The price, billing frequency, refund terms, cancellation terms, and other purchase conditions shown by Dodo at checkout apply to the relevant transaction. Find Indie Apps does not add a separate refund or cancellation policy in these Terms.

Third-party apps and links

Listings may link to products and websites operated by third parties. We do not control or guarantee their availability, security, content, or performance. Your use of those products is subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Find Indie Apps and its original content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not copy or use them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

The directory is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that listings or third-party apps are accurate, suitable, secure, available, or fit for a particular purpose. You use third-party apps and websites at your own discretion and risk.

Changes and termination

We may update the website, listings, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may limit or terminate access, or remove content, when these Terms are violated or when needed to protect the service and its users.
